What I Offer

Individual Therapy
Adolescent Therapy
Couples Therapy

For the overthinkers, high achievers, deeply feelers, and neurodivergent adults who are tired of working so hard to keep everything together.

Our work might include understanding old patterns, navigating executive functioning, untangling your worth from productivity, strengthening boundaries, or learning how to make room for your own needs without feeling guilty for having them.

Being a teenager has always been complicated. Growing up while constantly connected, compared, evaluated, and expected to have yourself figured out adds another layer.

I work with teens navigating anxiety, ADHD and neurodivergence, perfectionism, friendships, identity, self-esteem, family dynamics, and the pressure to keep up.

Therapy gives them a space that's theirs to feel understood, build confidence, develop practical tools, and figure out who they're becoming.

Sometimes the same argument isn't really the same argument.

Underneath recurring conflict are often deeper patterns around closeness, reassurance, independence, communication, and feeling understood.

Together, we'll slow those patterns down, understand what each of you is reaching for underneath the reaction, and practice new ways of communicating that create more room for connection.

Areas of Focus

Neurodivergence  & Overwhelm

When you're incredibly capable, and still can't start the laundry.

ADHD and neurodivergence can show up in ways that are easy to miss, especially when you've gotten really good at compensating.

Maybe you procrastinate until urgency finally gets your brain moving. You build elaborate systems only to abandon them a week later. You can hyperfocus for hours on one thing and feel completely paralyzed by another. You're sensitive to criticism, easily overwhelmed, chronically running late, or so anxious about being late that you're always twenty minutes early.

Our work isn't about forcing your brain into systems that weren't built for it. We'll get curious about how your brain works and develop practical, sustainable ways to navigate executive functioning, emotional regulation, sensory needs, relationships, and everyday life.

Perfectionism &
Self-Worth

When “doing well” never quite feels like enough.

You hold yourself to standards you'd never expect from anyone else. You replay mistakes, second-guess decisions, compare yourself constantly, and struggle to enjoy what you've accomplished before your mind moves on to what you should be doing next.

Maybe rest makes you anxious. Maybe praise feels good for approximately thirty seconds before you explain why you don't really deserve it. Maybe you've spent so long measuring your worth through achievement, productivity, or being liked that you're not sure what would be left without them.

Therapy can help us understand where those expectations came from and begin building a sense of worth that doesn't disappear the moment you make a mistake, disappoint someone, or have an unproductive day.

Anxiety • Overthinking • Perfectionism • People-Pleasing • Burnout • Imposter Syndrome • Self-Criticism

Relationships &
Old Roles

When taking care of everyone else became second nature.

Maybe you learned early to be mature, helpful, easygoing, or responsible. You became good at anticipating what other people needed, keeping the peace, and making sure everything was okay.

Those skills may have helped you once. Now, they might look like difficulty setting boundaries, fear of disappointing people, overexplaining yourself, needing reassurance, avoiding conflict, or feeling responsible for everyone else's emotions.

We'll explore the experiences and relationships that shaped these patterns while practicing something different: staying connected to other people without continually abandoning yourself in the process.

Attachment • Eldest-Daughter Dynamics • Parentification • Boundaries • Family Patterns • Relationship Anxiety • Fear of Abandonment • Trauma
